Neat venue and really helpful employees. A nice size units with double bed.

Comfortable accommodation with handy setting short walk to excellent restaurants and the shops, all the shops and pubs, and shops and eateries. A nice size and beautifully decorated rooms with beautiful views over the top of the houses on to the mountains. Comfortable bed, central heating, iron and ironing board, and a TV.

By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in Ambleside, had much fun. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, close to Rufty Tuftys.

The room was nice and beautifully decorated with separate private bathroom when I arrived. The location was magnificent and the staff was decent and useful during the whole stay! The hotel had a nice restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. The service was excellent, the food was fabulous. Had an enjoyable time.

It had magnificent location, near to Tarantella, a local bar / restaurant and pubs and restaurants. And it was just a pleasant stroll away from Ambleside Roman Fort.

Outstandingly accommodating staff providing terrific services. Great and perfect location for Ambleside, near ambleside's town centre as well as eateries. Great to have an attached restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Honestly no reason to complain.

The hotel was in a handy position next to the Lake District as well as shops and cafes and restraunts. We got great value family room for clothes with plenty of shoulders as an upgrade, nice gesture. Greatly enjoyed the nice decor.

The room we got, family room, was new-fashioned. Its location was perfect and exceptionally nice easy to drop the bags first then park. Italian cuisine was served in the attached restaurant. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

An economy double room has basic facilities you need. The hotel is in a perfect and easy location, close to a bus station. Excellent service and the food is fabulous. Staff is really helpful and useful and you can park your car on site.

The property was ideal and absolutely gorgeous and we had a very pleasant stay. The cosy atmosphere created by the really helpful staff. The room was to small kept banging our legs on the bed and available with a private big bathroom. Had central location in the bars below.

The rooms were lovely and had all the facilities we needed. The hotel's location in the heart of the town was perfect, with shops, pubs, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. We also enjoyed the friendly and prompt welcome from the owner when we arrived.

The noise from the local bar, which played music late into the night. There was also a disturbance outside from a fight near the pizza shop.
